Making equipment:-
- Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer
Ingredients:
- Ice cubes
- Two measures Scotch whisky
- One dish Angostura bitters
- Four measures soda water
To decorate:
- Lemon wedges
- Lime wedges
Preparation:
- Add three large ice cubes and the whisky with Angostura bitters to a glass, stir gently, then fill the glass with more ice cubes and top up with the soda water.
- Decorate with a lemon twist and serve.
