Preparation
- Fry the almond flour lightly in a dry frying pan over medium heat until golden brown to enhance the taste. Mix the flour well, two teaspoons. Erythritol, melted butter, cinnamon, salt, coffee, and brandy.
- Put on the bottom of two glasses and put in the refrigerator.
- Whip the cream until light peaks form.
