Making equipment:-
- Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer
Ingredients:
- Ice cubes
- Two measures gin
- One measure cherry brandy
- Half measure Benedictine
- One measure grenadine
- One measure line juice
- Ten measures pineapple juice
- Two dashes Angostura bitters
To decorate:
- Pineapple wedges
- Maraschino cherries
Preparation
- Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and put some ice cubes into each high glass. Add the remaining ingredients to the shaker and shake until a frost forms on the outside of the shaker.
- Strain over the ice cubes into the glasses, decorate each one with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry and serve.
