Making equipment:-
- Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer
Ingredients:
- One pineapple
- Four measures of amber rum
- One measure Galliano
- One measure of coconut cream
- Four measures of passion fruit juice
- One banana
- One cup ice

Preparation
- Cut the top off the pineapple and use a pineapple corer to remove the flesh inside the pineapple. Set aside the hollowed-out pineapple.
- Cut the pineapple flesh into chunks.
- Add 7 chunks of the pineapple and the remaining ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth, pour into the hollowed-out pineapple and serve with straws.
