Making equipment:-
- Smoothie Maker or Blender
Ingredients:
- One handful of spinach
- One handful of mixed nuts (try a variety but include walnuts)
- Half banana
- 250ml of coconut water
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Add all the ingredients.
- Top up with water if required.
- Blend for around 30 seconds or until smooth.
