Making equipment:-
- Smoothie Maker or Blender
Ingredients:
- Two carrots
- One handful of fresh or frozen mango
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1cm ginger
- half lemon (unwaxed)
- Water
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Add all the ingredients to the smoothie maker.
- If you are not using unwaxed lemons, peel the skin off and just add the flesh.
- Top up with water. Blend for around 30 seconds.
