Ingredients
- One-Third cup of Powdered Sugar
- One teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- Five tablespoons Butter
- Eleven ounces of White Chocolate
- Three tablespoons Heavy Cream
- One-Third cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
- One-Third cup of Powdered Sugar
- One-Third cup of toasted pistachios, finely chopped

Preparation:
- Melt the butter and heavy cream in your microwave.
- Melt the chocolate in another bowl.
- Combine both of the mixtures. Note that they should have the same temperature.
- Stir in the cranberries and pistachios.
- Let’s sit for an hour.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Scoop small balls out of the mixture.
- Coat them with powdered sugar.
