- Chicken thigh fillet 400 g
- Greek yoghurt 80 g
- Olive oil one tablespoon.
- Wine vinegar two teaspoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Turmeric 1 teaspoon.
- Oregano 1 teaspoon
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation:
- Cut the chicken thigh fillet into small pieces (2.5 cm) and place them in a bowl.
- Mix yoghurt, olive oil, vinegar, turmeric, oregano, and chopped garlic and pour over the chicken.
- Lightly salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
- Leave to marinate for at least an hour.
- Take wooden skewers and spread the chicken pieces.
