Making equipment:-

• Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer

Ingredients:

• Two measures gin
• One camomile tea bag
• Ice cubes
• One measure sugar syrup
• One measure lemon juice
• Four measures soda water
• Ice cubes
• Lemon slice, to decorate

Preparation

1. Pour the gin into a glass and add the tea bag, stir the tea bag and gin together until the gin is infused with camomile flavour, about 5 minutes, remove the teabag and fill the glass with an ice cube
2. Add the remaining ingredients, decorate with a lemon slice and serve.
