- Coconut Flour 50g

Preparation:
- Melt the butter and beat with erythritol and honey substitute.
- Beat the eggs and add the honey mixture, flour, and baking powder.
- Divide the mixture into 8 – 10 parts, roll out the cakes, and cut /shape them with a diameter of 18 cm. Bake at 190 C for 5 minutes, cool slightly and cut the edges with a shape of 16 cm.
- For the cream, mix cream cheese, sour cream, erythritol, and whipped cream.
- Cut the cake, covering each piece with cream.
- Grind pieces in a blender and decorate the cake. Let stand for a couple of hours so that the cakes are soaked.
