Ingredients:
- Two lbs. sirloin, chopped into 1-inch pieces
- 1-2 tablespoon. Ghee.
- Two pouches bone broth
- One onion, sliced thinly
- Three carrots, chopped
- One cup chopped celery stalks
- One cup of frounce peas
- Three tablespoons. tomato paste
- One tablespoon. black pepper
- Four bay leaves
- Chopped parsley
- One teaspoon. salt

Preparation:
Heat a soup pot over medium heat and add the ghee.
- Coat the meat with pepper and salt and brown it in batches (depending on the size of the pot)
- Add the spices, tomato paste, veggies, broth and bay leaves. Bring to boil and reduce to simmer. Cook for 45 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
- Serve with white rice
