Making equipment:-
- Smoothie Maker or Blender
Ingredients:
- One handful of romaine lettuce
- half raw beetroot
- One carrot
- 1cm of ginger
- Half lemon (unwaxed)
- Water
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Add all the ingredients to the smoothie maker.
- If you don’t like the strong taste of raw beetroot, you may want to juice it instead.
- Add more water or liquid if required.
