Making equipment:-
- Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer
Ingredients:
- Two measures apricot-infused vodka
- One measure sugar syrup
- One measure lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Four measures soda water
- Apricot wedge, to decorate
Preparation
- Add apple brandy, grapefruit juice and sugar syrup to the cocktail shaker.
- Shake and strain into an ice-filled glass before topping up with soda water, decorate with pink grapefruit wedge and serve
