Ingredients:
Ribs and Sauce:
- Rice Vinegar 2 tablespoon.
- Soy Sauce 1/4 cup
- Fish Sauce 2 tablespoon.
- Short Ribs 6 large, flank cut (about 1.5 lbs.)
African Spices:
- Red Pepper Flakes half teaspoon.
- Garlic (minced) half teaspoon.
- Onion Powder half teaspoon.
- Ginger (ground) 1 teaspoon.
- Sesame Seeds half teaspoon.
- Salt 1 tablespoon.
- Cardamom 1/4 teaspoon.

Preparation:
- For the ribs, mix all of the Sauce Ingredients and marinate the ribs for at least an hour.
- Mix all of the ingredients for the spice rub.
- Remove the bones from the Sauce and rub with the spices from the previous step.
- Heat your grill, and grill for approximately 5 minutes per side.
