Making equipment:-
- Smoothie Maker or Blender
Ingredients:
- One apple
- Half pineapple
- 1cm ginger
- Half lemon (unwaxed)
- One tablespoon of honey
- Water
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Peel the pineapple and chop.
- Peel the skin from the lemon if you are using the unwaxed variety.
- Add all ingredients to the blender.
- Top up with water.
- Blend for around 30 seconds.
