Making equipment:-

• Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer

Ingredients:

• Two measures apple brandy
• Two measures grapefruit juice
• Two teaspoons sugar syrup
• Ice cubes
• Four measures soda water
• Pink grapefruit wedge, to decorate

Preparation

1. Add apple brandy, grapefruit juice and sugar syrup to the cocktail shaker.
2. Shake and strain into an ice-filled glass before topping up with soda water, decorate with pink grapefruit wedge and serve
