Cake Honey – Lunch Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Erythritol 180g
  • Butter 100g
  • Honey Substitute 45 ml
  • Eggs 3
  • Almond Flour 250g
  • Coconut Flour 50g
  • Baking Powder 1 teaspoon.
  • Cream Cheese 250g
  • Sour Cream 200g
  • Whipped Cream 100g

Preparation:

  1. Melt the butter and beat with erythritol and honey substitute.
  2. Beat the eggs and add the honey mixture, flour, and baking powder.
  3. Divide the mixture into 8 – 10 parts, roll out the cakes, and cut /shape them with a diameter of 18 cm. Bake at 190 C for 5 minutes, cool slightly and cut the edges with a shape of 16 cm.
  4. For the cream, mix cream cheese, sour cream, erythritol, and whipped cream.
  5. Cut the cake, covering each piece with cream.
  6. Grind pieces in a blender and decorate the cake. Let stand for a couple of hours so that the cakes are soaked.
