Making equipment:-
- Cocktail shaker, muddler, Strainer
- Makes a large jug
Ingredients:
- Ice cubes
- 200 ml gin
- Four measures mango juice
- Two measures lemon juice
- Two measures of sugar
- 200 ml tonic water
- Lemon wheels, to decorate
Preparation:
- Fill a jug with ice cubes, add all the ingredients and stir. Decorate with lemon wheels
- For ginger langar, add four measures ginger and green cardamom-infused gin, four benchmarks find sherry, two measures sugar syrup, 2 measures mango juice, two measures lemon juice and 200 ml tonic water to a large jug full of ice cubes and stir, decorate with lime wheels and serve.
