Making equipment:-
- smoothie maker or blend
Ingredients:
- Two handfuls of romaine lettuce
- One carrot
- Two handfuls of grapes
- One tablespoon of ground flaxseed
- 250ml of water
Preparation:
- Place all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
- As with other ingredients, you can freeze your grapes if you want and take them from the freezer as and when you need them.
