Making equipment:-
- Smoothie Maker or Blender
Ingredients:
- One handful of spinach
- One apple
- One orange
- One tablespoon honey
- 1cm of fresh root ginger
- One handful of fresh or frozen mango
- 1/4 pineapple
- 250ml of coconut water
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- There is quite a lot to squeeze into this smoothie. I made this recently for my son when he was feeling run down after a bout of a cold winter virus.
- He loved the taste of it, and it did perk him up.
