Making equipment:-
- Smoothie Maker or Blender
Ingredients:
- One handful of spinach
- One handful of kale
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1/4 medium pineapple
- Half ripe avocado
- 250ml coconut water
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Scoop out the flesh from a ripe avocado.
- Place all ingredients in the smoothie maker and blend. Add more liquid if required.
